Deposit: Minimum ৳100. Deposits are generally reflected in your account within 5 minutes. If a deposit fails, the funds are automatically returned to the original payment method.

Withdrawal: Minimum ৳200. Withdrawals to KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours. Funds must be withdrawn using the same method used for the original deposit.

• Withdrawal processing times may be delayed on bank holidays.

Jackpot Go reserves the right to cancel or void bets under certain circumstances. These circumstances are outlined below:

• Match Cancelled: If an event is cancelled entirely, your original stake will be refunded.
• Match Suspended: If a match does not resume within 48 hours of its scheduled time, bets will generally be voided.
• Incorrect Odds: If incorrect odds are offered due to an obvious error, Jackpot Go reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Rain in Cricket: If an official result is declared under the D/L method, settlement will be based on that result.
• Tied Match: If a market has no tie option and the result is a draw, the bet will be voided.

When a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to your wallet. In a parlay, any voided bet is treated as odds of 1.00, and the remaining bets are settled as normal.

Jackpot Go is committed to maintaining a fair environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Betting based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
